I Love Helping Others
Enjoy a visit to Luna's shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/BurningMoon where you will find handmade items and one of a kind accessories.
by Burning Moon
Greetings,my name is Luna and I am the owner of Burning Moon Products.I have always had a passion for art and crafts since I was a child whether it was making birthday cards for friends or making holiday ornaments for my family.I had always pictured myself doing something I loved for a living such as becoming a Vet (which I hope to one day still accomplish) but I never thought my passion for art would one day inspire me to open up my own little Etsy shop,I originally started crafting again shortly after my daughter was born and from that came everything that I make now. I have owned my Etsy shop for a little over a year and I am very proud with how far I have come so far. I love helping out new Etsy shops trying to reach the same goals as mine I offer tips, guides and even free promotion to other Etsy shops I guess you can say helping others is another passion of mine as well. I love to see others happy whether its by helping the create a better environment in their shops or from someone buying a piece of my art and completely loving it.

Made From Scratch With Passion and Love
All of Andrea's books and paper goods are carefully made by hand from scratch with passion and love. Each one is truly a one of a kind piece.
Enjoy a visit to her wonderful Etsy shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/Nicopapergoods/.
by Nico Papergoods
My name is Andrea Kohler. I am a homesick (occasionally) Swiss Heidi. I grew up in Zurich Switzerland where I met my Swiss/American husband. After a few years back and forth, we decided to move to Seattle, Washington. We live with our thirteen year old son Nico in a 100 year old modest, but character full house. When I was sixteen I started a 4 year bookbinding apprenticeship in my home town.
For fifteen years I ran a thriving bookbindery in down town Zurich. In the evenings I taught bookbinding in a craft School and earned my living. Today I have the freedom to explore the creative processes. After all these years I am still very passionate about my craft. About a year ago I started to sell on Etsy and it has opened up many new doors for me.

A Passion For Fashion & Accessories
I loved hearing about the story behind the name of Valerie's lovely Etsy shop "My Little Bow"
http://www.etsy.com/shop/mylittlebow. She shares her story...
Why mylittlebow?
"The name came naturally to me one day while I was sewing a bow tie for my fiancĂ© (now husband), so as to acessorize his “costume” for our photoshoot and I thought, wouldn’t everybody need something like a bow, a piece of something that can spice up your wardrobe or clothes! So mylittlebow was born, offering you apparel to spruce up your closet and accessories to add some zest to your clothes!"
by My Little Bow
Hi Everyone! I am Valerie from the small sunny island of Singapore! Always passionate about fashion and accessories, I started making things since I was a teen! I love colours, flowers, birds and nature, thus much of them are reflected in the accessories I make! Of course, they are all made with premium materials and handmade with love!
I started out making accessories for fun, but eventually, with the encouragement of family and friends, decided to offer them to the public! I also love fashion, thus my online store http://mylittlebow.com carries apparel as well. However, I have decided to place a small collection of accessories on Etsy, hoping that someone out in other parts of the world would also love my art!
Thanks for the opportunity to share thereddoor!!!

The World Is My Studio
Emelia's Extraordinary Beauty
Enjoy a visit to Emelia's beautiful etsy shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/EmeliaJane to be inspired by Emelia's amazing talent to find the unusual and extraordinary beauty hiding within ordinary objects.
by Emilia Jane
My name is Emelia and I have been completely enthralled with photography for as long as I can remember. I am inspired by the unusual and extraordinary beauty hiding within ordinary objects. It brings me so much pleasure to know that when I capture an image in my lens, that flash in time will never recur, however it will live on forever in my photograph. I love looking at an image and being transported to the feeling of that particular moment in time...the smell of a garden in the early morning, the electricity before a summer storm, the warmth of a loved possession. I was inspired by my Baba (grandmother), who was a book illustrator and water color painter to pursue my passion and after working as a glass blower for ten years I finally did! Other than being a photographer I am an avid illustrator (I have a second shop http://www.belliuccelli.etsy.com/ ), old cemetery enthusiast, treasure hunter and lover of chocolate! I am an extremely organized person (when I was little I cleaned my room for fun and fantasied about winning an award for the cleanest room in the world...dork!) I have a studio where I mostly illustrate, sew, do book keeping and pack and ship; the outside world is the studio for my camera! I chart all of my profits and expenses on my computer (I am big on charts and graphs) and I file everything! Everything in my studio has a home and when I am done with the item it goes back to its home, no excuses!
My best advice is to do what you love!!! Make sure to fit your passion into your schedule at least once a day...draw a line, string a bead, take a photograph!

Studio Haus Photography and Creative Projects
Adrienne opened her Etsy shop in March and loves the opportunity Etsy provides her to share her creativity. Enjoy looking at her many creative projects http://www.studiohaus.etsy.com/.
She also shares that she was involved in her first fair last week! Best wishes Adrienne on your Etsy shop!

by StudioHaus

My name is Adrienne and I opened StudioHaus this past March and have been loving the outlet that Etsy has provided me ever since! I think my passion for being creative has been with me since the day I was born. As a child, I spent summers with my grandparents in a small town in Oklahoma. My Grannie would crochet and do creative projects with me while my Papa would take me in his wood shop and help me create anything that I could think up. They are a lot of the inspiration when I’m out taking photos because they really taught me to appreciate all the little things. I think I really discovered that my biggest creative passion was photography when I worked at a portrait studio for about three years.
However, I love to dabble in lots of creative projects and try my hand at many things. That’s the reason you will see a variety of items from photography prints to handcrafted envelopes and cards in my shop!

I came from Italy! :) and I live in the States (legally!) for a year. I'm a 26 year old busy mom of 2 wonderful kids and I have this big passion for crochet, that I'm trying to use to raise some money selling my "crocheted little thing" as I like to call my works.
I learned how to crochet when I was 9-10 from my mom who is a "doilie maker". It was something I liked to do during summer breaks, but never thought I could use it like I'm doing now!
I started crocheting during my second pregnancy.I got sick and I had to rest a lot for my little girl's sake so I needed something to keep my hands and mind busy while resting.
Most of the works I did during that time are now for sale in my etsy shop. So far I never thought about selling anything, I was just having a lot of fun!
Last year my hubby was out of job and we needed to buy clothes for my children...somehow I had a couple of skeins of yarn and I created warm sweaters for them (I think I have a pic of my daughter wearing it). When we went out everybody was asking me where I found those sweaters....and orders came to me.
I used to crochet gifts for family and friends and other orders arrived....then I tried to crochet some jewelry pieces and decided to try a craft show....it went pretty well and that's why I finally decided to seriously sell my works, even on line. I do not consider this like a job simply because I really enjoy crocheting each and every piece! My inspiration comes from little daily things....the necessity of a warm garment, a way to embellish my house...and so on.
